SeaCast provides customers with engineering support at all project stages, from R&D part design to castability review to nondestructive testing. Our staff includes experienced, degreed engineers focusing on specific project requirements:

Much of our engineering occurs in
software before metal is poured. For
many projects, we use Flowcast (metal flow simulation), Solidcast
(metal solidification), Solid Edge (CAD) and Bobcad/Smartcam
(CAM). SeaCast also provides R&D departments with functional metal components from stereolithographies (3-D models).
